Yield: 4 servings
1/2 cup whole organic milk, coconut milk, or almond milk*
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup whole plain yogurt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 tablespoon honey or 1 teaspoon crystalline fructose
1. Blend blueberries with the milk until smooth, adding more milk if needed.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until frothy. Serve immediately.
